   While it may have been backported, I don't see it in the 4.2 git branch
anywhere.

   FWIW, I'm using 4.2 from pkgsrc successfully, if in a limited capacity.
I have a NetBSD-6 branch DOM0, with a NetBSD 6.99.24 DOMU for building
and a Linux Arch DOMU for testing. Both are running PV.
