Thank you for debugging.

I applied patch to local netbsd-6 tree and built dom0/amd64.
Installation of gplpv_XP_0.11.0.372.msi has been done normally.
domU now boots from xbd and ping to/from xennet replies correctly.
It works fine.

windows7 64 sp none as domU gets BSOD while installing
gplpv_Vista2008x64_0.11.0.372.msi due to
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL in xenvbd.sys.
I'm not sure whether this is due to bug of gplpv driver.
