hmm.. I have with this config around 20 CentOS 5.6 PV DomUs running (no HVM 
though). I would also encourage you to set ddb.onpanic=1, I fear it is not a 
Xen  problem...

By the way: how much memory do you have for the Dom0? I had trouble when 
running the Dom0 with too few RAM, so I run them now with 512M, which might be 
too much, but this setup is rock solid.
