Try the slightly longer:

 's,^\#define[[:space:]][[:space:]]*BOOT_TRAMPOLINE[[:space:]][[:space:]]*,,p'

which avoids the '+' and the match count construct.
Possibly even just word markers will do - but I'm not sure if any sed
need them escaped:

 's,^\#define[[:space:]]*\<BOOT_TRAMPOLINE\>,,p'
