I have just realized that it only occurs when routing via dom0, not when
going directly
to the dom0 itself.  Scenario:

OpenBSD HVM DOMU -> em0 (emulated) -> bridge0 -> routed/natted in dom0
-> tlp0 ->  internet -> NBSD.

If I go directly to dom0 or have a ssh tunnel dom0 -> NBSD and goes via
that tunnel everything works fine,
but if I go directly OpenBSD -> NBSD it fails.

I have another physical interface on bridge0 and other machines
connected there which has no problem
with the routing/natting, so there are no errors in that setup.

Any clues?
