Xen 3.3 wont boot

Hi,

Today I tried xen 3.3, but it won't boot. It just rebooted
without any messages. Messages I got is just below (i386
xen3_dom0 kernel with xen-debug).

<<< GRUB MENU >>>

  Booting '1013 Xen / NetBSD (hd0a, serial)'

kernel (hd0,0,a)/xen dom0_mem=512m com1=57600,8n1

module (hd0,0,a)/stand/20081013/netbsd-XEN3_DOM0 bootdev=wd0 ro console=ttyS0

I tried both i386 DOM0 kernel and amd64 DOM0 kernel. I also
tried both xen and xen-debug. All of those combinations
just showed messages similar to above and rebooted.

This PC has been working fine with Xen 3.1.4 for a long
while, but not with Xen 3.3. ;)

Additional info: This PC contains Gigabyte GA-8I945GMMFY-RH
and Core 2 Duo T-something. All kernel and pkg sources are
retrieved at 2008/10/13 UTC. This machine has been working
fine with Xen 3.1.4 for a while.

grub entry:

  module (hd0,0,a)/stand/20081013/netbsd-XEN3_DOM0 bootdev=wd0 ro console=ttyS0

Please let me konw any suggestion / anytig-what-I-should-try.
Thanks.
