Upgrading from 5.1_STABLE to 5.99.46 on Sun Fire V100

Folks:
I attempted to upgrade my V100 running 5.1_STABLE to -current as of
2/22/2011 and ran into the following issues:

        1. tlp0 / tlp1 come up with MAC address of 00:00:00:00:00:00.
In 5.1_STABLE these come up as:

    tlp0 at pci0 dev 12 function 0: Davicom DM9102A Ethernet, pass 3.1
    tlp0: interrupting at ivec 3006
    tlp0: Ethernet address 00:03:ba:XX:YY:ZZ

where XXYYZZ are the low 24-bits of the hostid. Did we lose
support for getting the MAC out of the eeprom? Note that I
was still booting with my netbsd-5 era bootblocks, in case
          that matters.

        2. raid0 and raid1 (both auto-configured; raid0 root, raid1 not)
both had components failed; oddly, both raids were missing the
components on wd1. Here's raid1's config after rebooting back
           to netbsd-5:

    # raidctl -s raid1
    Components:
               /dev/wd1d: failed
               /dev/wd0d: optimal
    No spares.
/dev/wd1d status is: failed. Skipping label.
    Component label for /dev/wd0d:
Row: 0, Column: 1, Num Rows: 1, Num Columns: 2
Version: 2, Serial Number: 2006082602, Mod Counter: 1221
       Clean: No, Status: 0
       sectPerSU: 128, SUsPerPU: 1, SUsPerRU: 1
       Queue size: 100, blocksize: 512, numBlocks: 217665408
       RAID Level: 1
       Autoconfig: Yes
       Root partition: No
       Last configured as: raid1
    Parity status: clean
    Reconstruction is 100% complete.
    Parity Re-write is 100% complete.
    Copyback is 100% complete.

        3. spdmem* / admtemp* don't auto-probe at iic0 at alipm0:

My netbsd-5 kernel had hard-wired spdmemX entries at 0x54-56 on
the IIC bus off the system controller and an amdtempX at 0x18.

My -current kernel config was a stock sparc64 GENERIC with
DIAGNOSTIC / LOCKDEBUG added; the only things I see on iic0
           are:

ppm at iic0 addr 0x59 not configured
beep at iic0 addr 0x59 not configured
    fan-control at iic0 addr 0x64 not configured

I've been largely not paying attention to -current for a while, so it may
well be I'm asking already-solved questions, but some googling didn't turn
up anything...

Thanks,
