The conversion to device_t?

mpt.h doesn't use struct device or device_t.

mpt_netbsd.h does so I assume this is the file that should include it
(in addition to scsiconf.h).

If you like, I'd be more than happy to do the conversions. I've been wanting to get my hands dirty with the NetBSD kernel for a while. :)

I did find it strange that a struct was being used directly rather than being
wrapped around a typedef, your email explains that though...

I don' have the hardware so I can't test it, otherwise I'd just do the conversion. Anyway, if the mpt driver works on other machines it's very likely to Just Work(tm) on sparc64 as well.
