kleinanzeigen.de is relatively obscure compared to eBay, also it seems to be blocked in some countries. There is payment processing, but all people I dealt with in the past preferred to be paid directly. Shipping is handled completely by the seller as well.
Payment in Germany is often through direct bank transfer.
