If there is anybody left to care. I cannot speak for the rest of 
Europe, but there is a stack of SBUS cards on offer on German 
kleinanzeigen <https://www.kleinanzeigen.de/s-sun-sbus/k0>, quite 
reasonably priced, and when you look, they have been up for five years.

I was thinking of unloading a box of SBUS cards, but seeing the above, 
sitting down to take photos (not to mention throwing them into an SS10 
to verify function) is a waste of time.
