I've got a few packets of RAM for Sun4m & Sun4u to give away:
- Sun 501-2622: 4x32MB for Sun4m and Sun4u (e.g. SPARC20, Ultra2)
- Sun 501-2622: 4x32MB for Sun4m and Sun4u (e.g. SPARC20, Ultra2)
- Sun 370-3798-01: 4x128MB for Ultra5/10
- Sun 370-3798-01: 4x128MB for Ultra5/10
- Sun 370-4237-01: 4x256MB for NetraX1 et al
Disclaimer: it has all been in static bags for a while, so I'm not
100% it is still good. It was okay when it was pulled, at least.
Some of it is probably compatible in other types of Suns, so check
the part#s; I only listed the system types where I used it before.
All I ask in return is reimbursement for shipping. Please give it
a good NetBSD home!
Cheers,
sr.
