You're basically right on the 68040.  The 68060 went even further, but
while it did eliminate some instructions, I wouldn't classify it as RISC.
It also has a different FPU.

The instructin set is pretty much classic m68k, though.  NetBSD/amiga
runs on 68020, 68030, 68040, and 68060 machines :-)
