No.  It's a 4.0.1 diskless build-of-the-world.  1.4T does not support
the 3100/80.  I shouldn't post when this tired.

I'd like to backport support, but I'm having trouble finding the
necessary hardware doc.  I'm doing this build in the hope that 4.0.1 is
old enough to have a self-hosting-capable VAX compiler.
