As you can see in cvsweb log, -current contains some divergence
from netbsd-4 so it's better to apply only the necessary change:
http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/src/sys/arch/mac68k/mac68k/autoconf.c.diff?r1=1.66&r2=1.67

Maybe you also have to remove RCSID part before applying diff.
(or patch it by hand :-)
