Hmh, so you are probably right, Hauke. The SCSI problem seems solved, but I have a new error now:

Btw, the path ../NetBSD4/src/sys/arch/mac68k/compile/QUADRA is misleading. I downloaded the NetBSD 3 sources for the custom kernel, but extracted them in the dir called NetBSD4, which also contains other (NetBSD 4) files. Sorry for the confusion.
I'll give it another go with the "fpu0 at mainbus?" option on.
