I have some kit out at LT for a few years now and I find them pretty good. The external connectivity is, IMHO, quite good. I've only had a few instances of an outage and it was usually impacting more people than me. They have a KVM over IP solution that you can book out to hire for a specified period of time if you need something like that. The ticketing system seems to be a bit hit and miss, but I've had more positive experiences with it than negative ones.
