It's not looking so good anymore. I replaced the PCI USB/Firewire card
I had in the Qube2 with another PCI USB card, but this one also has
problems.

The previous card would cause a hang for anything which would access
the disk I had attached the the USB card. Whatever the process was
that was accessing it is stuck in a "D" state.

This new card does this once in a while, but I'm not sure if this is
the disk's fault:

Dec 23 03:16:37 porky /netbsd: sd0: pack is stopped, restarting...
Dec 23 05:50:26 porky /netbsd: sd0: pack is stopped, restarting...
Dec 23 06:01:39 porky /netbsd: sd0: pack is stopped, restarting...

If anyone is having luck with some particular PCI USB card, I'd like
to hear about it.

Andy
