Slow network on allwinner NetBSD 9

I installed

https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-9.0_RC1/evbarm-earmv7hf/binary/gzimg/armv7.img.gz

and I was happy to see emac working on orange pi one. I can't test
new snapshots of current, they don't boot.

I made a silly test downloading the netbsd 9 image from above. With
netbsd I can't pass 1,2 mb/s, with both emac and ure. Same board,
same interfaces with arch linux, more than 6 mb/s. Is this a known
issue?
