No sound in NanoPi M1 Allwinner H3 SoC

Hi to all! Sorry for my bad English...

Could you help me to solve the problem with no sound in NanoPi M1 Allwinner H3 SoC 32-bit
image from Jared McNeill site: invisible.ca/arm.

NetBSD 9.0-RC1 32-bit.

If on root 'cat /dev/urandom > /dev/audio' then no sound (cannot create /dev/audio: no such device
or adress) and if 'cat /dev/urandom > /dev/dsp' then no sound in analog and no digital sound
via HDMI. On Linux all OK with analog and digital HDMI sound.

And in Xfce in xfce4-mixer the red cross in speaker image and its impossible to
raise volume regulator to make cross disappear.
