Update build didn't actually update the kernel.  When the kernel for
the PAX_ASLR_DEBUG=1 case was the same size as it was for DIAGNOSTIC+DEBUG
case (and also crashed), I blew away the ${OBJDIR}.../compile/BEAGLEBONE*
directories and built again.

Having done so, a kernel with DIAGNOSTIC+DEBUG works.  Repeating the
above with DIAGNOSTIC alone, then DEBUG alone.
