Not so much with Linux. And they draw less power with Linux. Not
trying to agitate the list, just pointing out a fact. I would much
prefer to use NetBSD but it's not quite ready to be deployed in a
remote location on this hardware yet.
The Pogoplug I was mentioning is quite fast with disk I/O using either
USB3 or the SATA port. Again, using Arch Linux. I really need to get
another one and try NetBSD on it.
