I've been using Seagate Dockstars for a while, but they don't fit into
your specs.
I've also been using a few Pogoplug series 4 machines but not with
NetBSD, been using Arch Linux on them. They should be the same kernel
as the Dockstar which is the Sheevaplug kernel. I need to try it... If
the firmware is the same or similar to the Dockstar, it should be
fairly easy to get NetBSD to boot on it.
It doesn't have 2 gigabit ports, but it does have USB3 which supports
a gigabit USB adapter. It also has a SATA port on top which I have a
32 gig SSD plugged into and it's pretty fast for disk I/O. The last
Pogoplug I bought off Ebay cost me under $10 shipped. Biggest drawback
is 128 megs of memory, but it hasn't been a big problem for me yet.
