Initial support for the FriendlyArm Mini2440

Hi there,

I have created a patch which adds support for the FriendlyArm
MINI2440, which features a Samsung S3C2440 ARM processor.
Currently, there is support for the UART and the DM9000 (provides PHY+MAC).
Only the 64Mb RAM version of the Mini2440 has been tested. The DM9000
driver is very basic, but works well fine for the Mini2440. It is
loosely based on the CS89x0 driver.
As this is my first attempt into kernel-level stuff there are probably
a bunch of newbie mistakes.

The patch should apply cleanly against netbsd-5, and can be obtained here:
