Hi,

All arm ports have just been switched to binutils 2.19.

This change is required for NetBSD/evbarm gzboot to fix the case where .image 
and .bss would have overlapping LMA areas and ld(1) would abort for some 
images, e.g. ADI_BRH.

I'm pretty sure I haven't broken anything, but please send-pr(1) if I have.
