Yes, confirmed. Receiving does not work and freezes the machine.

I was calling the wrong interrupt handler for an RBF interrupt. It should
have been ser_fastint() instead of ser_intr().

Fixed and committed (sys/arch/amigappc/amigappc/machdep.c). Works.
