It basically works but the command line parsing is fragile and not
documented correctly. When I tried "runbootblock -d cybscsi.device -u 0" it
 tried to open a device with an empty name while
"runbootblock -dcybscsi.device -u 0" did the trick.

My suggestions for the utility:
- Change then default to "scsi.device" and unit 0 because that's what
  most people have.
- Enhance the command line parsing.
- Let it print a warning after it loaded the bootblock and give the
  user 5 seconds to stop it.
