ATTN: Amiga battery clocks are now autocnfiguration devices

To people tracking NetBSD-current:

I made the Amiga (and the DraCo) battery clocks autoconfiguration devices.
This way, they can be left out from spezialized kernels.

That is, you need to add (one of or more)

a2kbbc0 at mainbus0     # A2000
a34kbbc0 at mainbus0    # A3000/A4000
drbbc0 at mainbus0      # DraCo

to your configuration files, and reconfigure, make depend and make.

The supplied GENERIC and DRACO have been changed in this way.

Oh yes, somebody with an A2000: please make sure this really works; I
just copied the old code to the new place, but you never know...
