send-pr request-changes

OK, I need to send a send-pr with request-changes to submit my keymap.
But, should I include the sources (3 files) with the send-pr ?
Who can test if all is OK (not for the map, but for the file format) ?
In general, how did you submit changes to source tree ?

Is it a FAQ of the 'good contributor' of NetBSD (I have already read styles
notes ;-) ?
