I can check the following on DragonFly:

gipfel
flpsed
dillo-3.0

All of them work currently with a manually compiled version of
fltk-1.3. Only flpsed has some issues with umlauts / special chars,
when compiled against fltk-1.3. I plan to fix this in a future
flpsed version.
