Installed files suddenly changed with pkgsrc-2009Q4?

I am recompiling my pkgs after switching to pkgsrc-2009Q4.

Strangely enough, my pkg wip/p5-qt3 suddenly fails to install a number
of files which were installed before.  I didn't change anything to the
package itself so it seems the new pkgsrc branch must have something to
do with it. 

I can remove the files from PLIST of course, but I'd rather have them
still installed. Any ideas?
