Added svn-package.mk, a small framework for packages that are checked out
from a subversion repository instead of using DISTFILES. This is heavily
based upon cvs-package.mk.
Great work. I didn't know CVS and Subversion are that similar. But the interface of your file makes them appear even more similar than they really are.
