By default ImageMagick (and given a tweak to a configuration file
GraphicsMagick) call JxrDecApp from jxrlib in order to open a jpeg XR
file, if JxrDecApp is installed.

So please don't remove it, but switching to the maintained fork sounds
like a very good idea!
