bob did build nodejs.

  # bob list blocked-by nodejs
  firefox-158.0

That's because of the following in Makefile:

  ### As if 157.0, `make maintainer-files` does not work.
  ### ryoon will disable build without nodejs for a while.
  FIREFOX_MAINTAINER=yes
