I read a bit and setting USE_JAVA2 to 'yes' does that, so I just
switched apache-maven to that.

However, the default on -current/x86_64 is OpenJDK 17 - we should
probably change that at some point, but I'll leave that up to people
who actually know Java.

Yeah, the pkgsrc infrastructure for Java doesn't support that.
Feel free to improve it: pkgsrc/mk/java*mk

Hm, so I guess I'll have to use the Linux binary instead :-(
