mongodb (6) seems like it should, but is using vendored. Not sure what
to make of that.
(I'm a little unclear on bulk-test-{icu/boost} in terms of
- why mongodb/mongodb4 are or aren't both included
- why mongodb/mongodb4 vendor boost
but that's ok; I simply removed lines referring to mongodb3, leaving the
rest unchanged.)
