Re: NumPy build on older processor X86_V2 glitch



I've run into this as well, building "py-pybind11".  The build fails in
the same way.

The workaround for me was to 'pkg_delete -f py<ver>-numpy', then clean
and build py-pybind11.  py-numpy was later reinstalled automagically
when updating the package that depended on it.
