SQLite is available on NetBSD now, let me try with some patches.

I took a crack at it because I feel underclued about go.

  - It would be nice if url2pkg grasped packages with go.mod.
  - It would be nice if lang/go/go-module.mk
      + Explained that one needed to .include go-modules.mk, or that you
        didn't.
      + Had clearer instructions for generating and regenerating
        go-modules.mk content.
  - It seems despite downloading at `make print-go-modules` time, there
    is more downloading at build time, and it's not prevented.


As for the package, looks like there is per-OS sqlite code someplace that gatus cares about, that is missing for netbsd.  But what's in wip is better than what was there half an hour ago!

(And no bounties -- you can apply it as a credit for your past work on
unifi!)
