FYI, I used that with pbulk and it also works with bob:

PYTHON_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED=313

I also use:

PHP_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED=83
MYSQL_VERSION_DEFAULT=mariadb118
PGSQL_VERSION_DEFAULT=18
