As far as I understand, NetBSD currently has a no-LLM

It applies to pkgsrc, yes, but not transitively for software packages *in*
pkgsrc. So adding a package for something that has been written with the
help of LLMs is fine.

I suggest getting an account for pkgsrc-wip (if you do not have one yet)
and placing the package there.

I do not have a one yet... I would like....
for the reference, I am 74 yo, and work with linux since ever
I am proud of never used windows in my life..
Now as llvm become enough smart to build good code, there is no limit
what it can do with an operating system as NetBSD/FreeBSD.. It take 2 months
for me to build a model that can build/replace/fix... anything either in the kernel, of
in the pkgsrc...I have created a github account so people using NetBSD can benefit
from my work using LLVM ===> https://github.com/nervoso-muito
I am having access to super computers some TB of ram, and NPUs so expect to create
new drivers, new packages... over the months... a work once done in months,
with 5 high skilled professionas, can be done in  hours/days... this is the
case o totem-3... it can outperform mpv... in features and resources
My favorite develop it nos an IDE, but pure gtk-3/4 and BSD syntax makefiles...
so do not expect meson, auto-tools, gmake...

Hope someone enjoyed

and Yes, an account for me in pkgsrc/wip would be a must...
