The shell bug (which was an off by one (that genre anyway),
a land mine type, the off by one would often harm nothing,
but if someone just happened to step in the wrong place...)
should be fixed now.

Any shell built from HEAD on or after about 01:40 UTC Thu 26 Mar
should be OK.

A similar land mine from quite a while ago (in a way, the new one
was just coding style copied from the old) has been fixed as well.

And a bit more.   There should be less bugs in this version than
anything previously.   Now I just need to find the incentive to
add some more!
