Sorry for that, I had disabled the doc option in some packages so I
didn't notice in my environment.
The problem is that py-libxml2 now _needs_ doxygen as a prerequisite
for building, and itstool (which looks quite unmaintained, but is used
by gnome a lot) uses py-libxml2.
I've disabled the doc option in a couple packages, it should work
again now.
