I'll try to have a look next week-end, if I find the time.  I was
hoping LIBC_ALLOWCTYPEABUSE would really restore the previous
behavior but it looks like it's not always the case, otherwise I
wouldn't get invalid UTF-8 in the result of
print/p5-biblatex-biber.
