It looks like the libtirpc system library needs kerberos and doesn't
NEEDED on it.   I don't know what the man page for the lib says.  This
seems like an issue with your GNU/Linux system, to understand what is
supposed to be, and then whether upstream gstreamer1 builds outside of
pkgsrc, or what the distribution package changes.
