lang/gcc12 on mac

There's a hint that qgis doesn't build correctly on macOS, so I tried to build
it, on Ventura (thanks Apple for supporting hardware from 2017, NOT!).

I installed XCode from the app store.
I installed CLT via "xcode-select --install".
    
I have bootstrapped pkgsrc on this computer, and most everything else seems to
work ok on this computer.

qgis depends on libtool-fortran which depends on lang/gcc12.

After I while in lang/gcc12 I get:

  configure: error: gmp.h can't be found, or is unusable.

and this is repeatable.

Does lang/gcc12 work for anyone on macOS?
