Seems to be a common problem:

http://victory.netbsd.org/pkgsrc/packages/reports/2023Q4/evbarm64-10.0/20240224.0603//kget-23.04.3nb4/build.log

pkgsrc head has 23.08.4 which seems to work.

(see https://releng.netbsd.org/bulktracker/net/kget)

As before - you can try updating the package to pkgsrc HEAD locally,
or wait for pkgsrc-2024Q1.
