wip/xvkbd committer request

Hi all,

wip/xvkbd is ready to be reviewed and committed if anyone is able
to do some. I asked MAINTAINER about 3-4 weeks ago to review it
but I've heard nothing back. The biggest change is that the site
at which this program is found has changed. Also, this program was
very much out of date and this update includes many great new
features!
