update nice little window manager evilwm

Hello NetBSD Users,
i have updated the window manager evilwm.
The attachments contain the diff of the Makefile and distinfo.
With this update it is easier to modify the default keybindings
in the configuration file ~/.evilwmrc

For example you can adapt them to a qwertz keyboard like in my
configuration.
Please be so kind and integrate the changes in pkgsrc.
