Regarding wip/residualvm

Hiya,

Is there a need for wip/residualvm and wip/residualvm-git anymore?

ResidualVM was merged into ScummVM and there's been at least one formal
release of ScummVM that incorporates the 'residual' bits (ScummVM >=
2.5.0).

I think we can get rid of them, but maybe someone who is more involved
has something to say.
