Thanks. For python < 3.8, py-setuptools_scm wants
py-importlib-metadata, but that has a BUILD_DEPENDS on
py-setuptools_scm.

I've removed the dependency. Perhaps this is now broken on python 3.7,
if so it should be marked as not-for-python-3.7, but I'd rather remove
python 3.7 from pkgsrc.
