misc/bbdb version 2 and 3

I'm tempted to rename existing misc/bbdb to misc/bbdb2.
(directory, PKGNAME, etc)

The number of packages depending to this should be a few.
 vm
 wl
 wl-snapshot
 (etc)
I'm going to take care the things by this change.

Any thought ?
